Our clever mixologist team creates cocktail masterpieces that are as quirky as the Cataract personality – we love to experiment with different flavours and pour delicious drinks that are often a little over the top (sorry, not sorry!).If you are game, it is not a complete Cataract experience without trying our signature ‘catashake’ – the alcoholic super shake that is a dessert in itself.

Our bar also stocks a range of highly celebrated local products including gins, whiskeys, vodkas, liqueurs and we have crafted a list of extensive wines sourced predominantly from Tasmanian vineyards, with our house wine proudly sourced from Devils Corner.
